Policy for coach refunds in event of match postponement
If you have booked for a trip that has been postponed then please do not ring the travel line unless you have no access to email.
The options available to you are as follows:
- Option A – Remain booked on the coach for travel to the rearranged game
- Option B – Refund now of the coach fare you paid
If you have booked online, then please email email@example.com and if you have booked at STAR base, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please give the following information in your email:
- Postponed Match Name
- Name and membership number for all travellers
- Your wishes in respect to the coach booking – STATE EITHER Option A Remain or Option B Refund
- If paid in person at STAR Base by credit card please include the last 4 digits of the card used to pay and the date when travel was booked.
We will endeavour to process any refunds made online/credit card within 5 days of contact. If you have paid cash then arrangements will be made to refund this to you when STAR Base is open.
