Thank you to all STAR members who took the time to engage with this year’s Board election process.
We would like to inform you that one of the eight candidates, Adam Aust, has withdrawn his application. As a result, there are now seven candidates for seven available positions, and the contested election process will no longer proceed. Please do not try and vote as this will no longer be recorded. Adam has been with us on the STAR Board since the 2023/24 season and we are very grateful for his contributions across the last couple of years.
The remaining candidates will be put forward for member approval at the STAR Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 4th September 2025.
- Venue: Holiday Inn Reading South (RG2 0SL)
- Start Time: 19:30
The evening will begin with a Q&A session with Brian Carey, following the close of the summer transfer window. STAR members are invited to attend, ask questions, and engage in discussion.
After a short break, the AGM will commence at approximately 20:45.
There will be free parking, just register your registration number at reception on arrival. The Bar will be open for drinks.
This event is free to all STAR members, and we encourage as many of you as possible to attend and take part in shaping the future of the Trust.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Not yet renewed or know someone thinking of joining? Anyone who has not yet renewed their membership, or is not currently a member, can still attend by joining STAR or renewing your membership ahead of the AGM. We’d love to have you on board.
